Well so much for going to the casino last week. I don't know if any of you heard about the snow storm that hit Western New York on the night of the 12th and morning of the 13th, it was bad! We are use to the snow and can handle that but with leaves still on the trees and the heavy lake effect snow, bent branches on trees which broke and hit power lines. Over 400,000 people were out of electricity for days.....We just got power back yesterday. So everything shuts down. Food getting thrown out and minimal heat. Also water damage to basements because the 2 feet of snow that was on the ground started melting the next day.
